Traveling to destinations involving risks, is entirely at your own risk as to cost and other consequences, arising from it.
Ashex Tourism suggests that you consult your local authorities and check on travel prohibitions, travel alerts, warning, announcements and advisories before booking travel to any destinations.

Ashex Tourism does not endorse that by offering reservations and travel to particular destinations, that travel to such destinations is advisable or without risk. Ashex Tourism does not accept claims, liability from damages, losses, or delays that may have resulted from improper documentation, natural calamities, disasters or because of any other reason for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

Ashex Tourism reserves its right to alter, amend, limit or discontinue the Site or any of its content, in which way, it feels. Ashex Tourism shall not be obligated to take into consideration and needs of any user or customer.

Ashex Tourism reserves its right to deny any user access to this Site or any other affiliated site or any specific section hereof without issuing any notice.

Only in case of written & signed by any authorized representative of Ashex Tourism would any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions be binding to Ashex Tourism.

Any promotional codes or special features issued by Ashex Tourism is to be availed on the Site as a discount coupon. Customers and recipients of the special offer are advised that the promotional offer or using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts can only be availed on putting fully correct details of the promotional code and filled in at the time of making the reservation. If the customer forgets or fails to enter the promotion code before making the booking, Ashex Tourism shall not be held liable to give any credit towards the customer after the customer has done the booking.
The customer can only avail the benefit of one promotion offer at a time. Two promotional codes cannot be combined at the same time, while making a booking.


In case of any dispute arising between you and Ashex Tourism during your using of the Site or later, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both you & Ashex Tourism shall agree to a sole arbitrator. Arbitration place shall be Delhi. The language of the proceedings of arbitration shall be in the English language. This, arbitration proceedings would be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the relevant modifications.

The offer prices displayed on the Site may or may not include all applicable government taxes, until specified.
Ashex Tourism will take complete payment before confirmation of your booking.

There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.

Availing of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.

User should refer airline T&C before booking/Travel to avoid any confusion and/or Dispute afterwards.

All airlines usually charge a fee per PNR for duplicate printouts requested at the airport counter. The passengers are requested to carry a copy of the itinerary printout to the airport to avoid additional charges (if any).

A Convenience charge shall be additionally charged on per passenger basis.
You are requested to Check-in as per the airline standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights or as per the specific airlines rules.

For International flights you are requested to check-in 3 hours before departure, or as per the specific airlines you are booking.
The passenger needs to check-in within the stipulated period or the specific airlines could consider it as a no show. Then the “No Show” policy will apply.

Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Partial cancellation (Cancellation of One Segment) or segment change is not permitted for Discounted Return Fares.

Cancellation of tickets with more than 24 hours to the flight:
Cancellation of tickets can be done either by calling us at +91-9810002772, followed by an email to ( emailing in office hours).

Cancellation within 24 hours of the flights:
The passenger will have to contact the nearest airline office of the booked airline to get the reservation cancelled. Ashex Tourism is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the airline shall lie with the passenger. Being our customer, as a special favour, you are most welcome to call Ashex Tourism at 9810002772 and we shall also try to do the needful and try to go “out of the way’ to solve your problem.

Cancellation Charges will be charged by the concerned airline, as per their own cancelation rules.
In addition to the above cancellation charges, Ashex Tourism will charge a service charge on per person per sector basis. This is at Ashex Tourism’s sole discretion and without notice to the User.

Non-refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee will be equal to base fare or Rs.1150, whichever is higher.
In case you buy an insurance & cancel the ticket, INR 30/- will be charged as cancellation charges.
There will be a Service Tax levied @ 4.944% on total airlines cancellation charges.
On any promotional fares offered by airlines the cancellations charges will depend on the promotional offer. This cancellation policy does not apply to any Promotional Fare of the various airlines.

A amendment fee will charged, which varies from one airline to another. In addition to this fee, Ashex Tourism charges an amendment handling fee of Rs.350/- per passenger per sector. Ashex Tourism will collect these charges from the passenger when the request is made in the travel plans. Ashex Tourism will collect the difference in fare, if any before the amended tickets are sent to the passenger.
Note that every airline has a different amendment policy and over and above Ashex Tourism charges INR.350/- per person per sector.
Important: Amendment and cancellation can be done only 24 hours prior to the flight with us. Though, as a favour (not binding) it will be our endeaviour to help our guests, as much as we can. You can call us at +91-9810002772.
Service Tax will be levied @ 4.944% on total airlines rescheduling charges.

Convenience charge of Rs.225/- for Domestic Flights and Rs.300 for International Flights per person are non-refundable.
The refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. if the Passenger used a credit card, Ashex Tourism will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the Passenger used a debit card, Ashex Tourism will credit the money back to the debit card.

Where the Passenger has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Ashex Tourism with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Ashex Tourism within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Any later would require the Passenger to send a scanned copy of the E-Ticket endorsed by the airlines to Ashex Tourism.

Ashex Tourism will be able to transact passenger’s refund only after the getting the copy of the Airline’s receipt and/or confirmation of refund.
Only after the airline accepts the cancellation confirmation / endorsement copy sent by the passenger, will the refund request be processed by Ashex Tourism.

The price offered includes usually includes all applicable government taxes. However, excludes applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport. Any incidentals will be extra.

Confirmation of the passenger’s booking is only after the payment of the entire amount.
There will be no refund provided by Ashex Tourism for 'no-shows' or any partially unused ticket.

Frequent flyer miles, meals and any special services are only on request basis and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.

Though, Ashex Tourism will try to give all possible help, for any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, the passenger should contact the airline directly.

The Passenger should ensure that he/she has the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport which is valid for at least 6 months as on date of travel.

Availing of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

Ashex Tourism cannot be held responsible for any schedule change and / or cancellation, merging of flights by any airline after issuance of ticket. Ashex Tourism will try the best to inform the passenger of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.

Ashex Tourism reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing the booking / cancellation / alterations or any other services provided on or its subsidiary websites. Ashex Tourism further reserves the right to revise any and all fees anytime, without notice. The passenger shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, levies and taxes for availing the services.
Airlines could charge a fee per PNR for duplicate printouts requested at the airport counter. To avoid this charge passengers are requested to carry a copy of the itinerary printout when they go to the airport.

A charge of Rs.350/- shall be additionally charged on per passenger basis for all International flights.

Check-in: All passengers are required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else it could be considered as a no show.

Various airlines, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.

The passengers should carry appropriates travels permissions / documents / Valid Passport / Visa / Transit Visa / Immigration clearance / insurance or any other travel documents. Ashex Tourism shall not be responsible for any issues arising because of any invalid or wrong travel documents.

Ashex Tourism shall try to help you with changes to most bookings, but, in some cases, you may have to contact the airline directly.
Each & every booking made with Ashex Tourism is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary depending on flight and booking class.

If the passenger amends the booking, the passenger will be charged the difference in fares, if any, applicable at the time of the amendment. In case the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but, Ashex Tourism may give you the credit for the same, in your next booking. This will be on case-to-case basis. Ashex Tourism will collect the rebooking charges as applicable.
Ashex Tourism charges an amendment charge of Rs.550/- per passenger, this, in addition to the respective airline's amendment charges. These charges will be collected from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

There are some airline fares which are non-changeable.
Amendments if any, should be done at least 24 hrs (1 day) prior to departure date. Some airlines do not allow changes or cancellation within 24 hrs and would take the booking as a No Show.
As per latest amendments in the Service Tax, Service Tax will be applicable on the airline cancellation charges for travel originating from India.

Cancellation Policy:

All bookings made with Ashex Tourism are subject to cancellation charges by the airline, varying as per flight / booking class, in addition to Rs.550/-, Ashex Tourism cancellation charges. The cancellation fee is charged per passenger.

As per some airline fares, they could be non-refundable depending on the respective airline's policy.
Requests for cancellation could be made via email or telephone through the Ashex Tourism customer help line - 9810002772. Ashex Tourism will not be responsible if any cancellation requests is made through any other method.

If the passenger makes the cancellation request less than 48 hours prior to departure, the passenger should contact our customer support team at 9810002772.

If the passenger has done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' directly with the airline, the passenger is requested to get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Ashex Tourism will not be in a position to process the cancellation and cannot take any responsibility for this.
The amendments should be done at least 24 hrs (1 day) prior to departure date. There are some airlines who do not allow any changes or cancellation within 24 hrs and take the booking as a No Show.

As per latest amendments in the Service Tax, Service Tax will be applicable on the airline cancellation charges for travel originating from India.

The passenger has to contact Ashex Tourism for all refunds. The respective airline cannot refund your tickets booked at or its connected websites.

Cancellation processing periods and refund requests may vary and will be done within 7 to 15 days, depending on the airline.

The guests understand that the pictures of the holiday packages which are shown on or its subsidiary sites are indicative and may not represent the actual product.

The rates / prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are just a quotation and no blockings have been made. The prices / taxes can change and are subject to availability.

The guests are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for them by return email for a valid booking to be made.
Holiday package bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Special rates may not apply for peak seasons and the inclusions could be amended without any prior notice.

In case Ashex Tourism is not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, Ashex Tourism reserves the right to offer a substitute Hotel Package in the same level & standard.

The guest agrees that the terms of the holiday packages are subject to change even at short notices owing to the circumstances beyond Ashex Tourism or its co-ordinate’s control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.

Ashex Tourismt only acts as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if the guest makes a booking through us, the contract shall be between the supplier and the guest and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of our co-ordinate shall apply. Ashex Tourism is not a party to the contractual relationship.

By making a booking through or its subsidiary websites the guest makes an offer to buy the services or holiday package from the supplier. Ashex Tourism is allowed by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when Ashex Tourism sends you a confirmation by writing for the booking and payment as per the payment policy is received.

Before placing an request / order the guest is advised to check the details of the Holiday Package very carefully. Once the guest makes the booking for a Holiday Package the guest agrees to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's details.

Once Ashex Tourism accepts the booking on behalf of the suppliers of Ashex Tourism, a legally binding contract is formed between the guest and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by the guest.

General travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier are made available by Ashex Tourism to the guest by means of a link or complete text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. Terms and conditions of the supplier may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions.
If there are any conflicts between any information on or its subsidiary websites and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and those of the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier’s one will apply in priority.
Ashex Tourism acts as a mediator between the guest and the supplier and thus, cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract.
Ashex Tourism assumes no liability / guarantee for the arranged services / holiday packages / fitness / quality as represented. Ashex Tourism also does not guaranty for the availability of services / holiday packages.

Responsibility in total lies with the supplier of the services purchased by you.
Ashex Tourism requests the guest to obtain insurances and other protective measures etc. to safeguard themselves.

The suppliers which are providing the services and holiday packages through Ashex Tourism are independent contractors and not employed by Ashex Tourism. Ashex Tourism is not liable for the service providers acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Ashex Tourism has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond Ashex Tourism’s direct control and has no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

Ashex Tourism only commits to a careful & screened choice and control of suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.

The guest’s right to cancel their service or holiday or modify their booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform Ashex Tourism in writing of such requests clearly specifying the booking reference. The time of receipt by Ashex Tourism of the written request for cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.

The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages and all disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

Ashex Tourism is not responsible for the followings:
The bus operator’s bus not leaving / reaching on time.
The bus operator’s employees being impolite.
The bus operator’s bus seats etc not being up to the passenger’s likeness.
The bus operator’s cancelling the trip due to inevitable reasons.
Passenger’s baggage getting lost / stolen / damaged.
The bus operator shifting a passenger’s seat at the last minute to accommodate of a lady / child.
The passenger waiting at the wrong pick-up point (the passenger is requested to please call the bus operator to find out the exact pick-up point).
The bus operator changing the pick-up point or using a pick-up vehicle at the pick-up point to take passengers to the bus leaving point.
Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
The ticket ot its copy (printout of the ticket or the printout of the e-ticket).
Identity proof which could be the Driving license / Student ID card / Corporate ID card / Passport / PAN card / Voter
ID card. Not providing any of these could lead to the passenger not be allowed to get on the bus.
All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
All the Passengers should reach the pick-up place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.
Change in Bus Type:
Ashex Tourism will refund the difference in the ticket price if the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some other reason. The refund of the differential amount to the passenger is only upon being intimated by the bus operator.
Ticket Cancellation:
In case the Cancellation of tickets is more than 24 hours to the bus journey:
Cancellation of tickets can be done only during office hours (1000 Hrs to 1800 Hrs) by calling on the customer care number +91-9810002772 / 9910002772, followed by an email to
In case the Cancellation of tickets is within 24 hours of the bus journey:
The passenger will have to contact the bus operator to get the reservation cancelled. Ashex Tourism is in not responsible to ensure cancelation of the ticket and the total liability for this cancelation with the bus operator shall lie with the passenger.

Primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be allowed to check into the hotel.
Usual Check-in time is 1200 Hrs / 1400 Hrs (depending on the hotel) and check-out time is 1200 Hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, at the sole discretion of the hotel, for which the hotel might charge extra to the guest.

The guest’s stay does not include any additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals not in the packaged price / plan, hotel services the guest uses, such as, laundry / room service / tips. The hotel will charge the guest directly for the extra consumptions on check-out.

It is mandatory that the guests present photo identification which are valid, on check-in. The government regulations clearly say that a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every guest above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs which are accepted are Driving License / Voters Card / Passport. The guest may not be allowed to check-in without valid ID.

The respective hotels reserves the right of admission. The hotels may deny accommodation to guests if they are found to be posing as a 'couple' and if proof of identification is not presented on check-in. Ashex Tourism will not be responsible for any denial of check-in by the hotel due to these or any other reason the hotel has.

Most of the hotels usually charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods (Christmas / New Year's Eve / Independence Day etc. These additional charges, including the mandatory meal surcharges, have to be cleared directly at the hotel.
As per the Government service tax is levied on hotel room charges and this tax should be settled directly at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
The tariffs on the website are subject to revision. Tariffs applicable on the date(s) of stay will be charged. In case reservation is for the date beyond 31st March, next revised tariff will be applicable.

Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to us, along with original voucher.
Thou will In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 7 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check-in, 70% of advance will be refunded. If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 4 to 6 days, 40% of the advance taken will be refunded. No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.
In case request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guest before 7 clear days or more in advance from the scheduled date of arrival, 70% of the advance received on account of room(s)/ period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly, if request is received between 4 to 6 days before, 40% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival. In case of premature departure, no refund policy will apply.

Ashex Tourism reserves the right to change these conditions without any prior notice.
In the case of an eventuality / computer error, if a reservation is removed from the systems or any other mishap happens at the Hotel, Ashex Tourism shall try its best to accommodate the guest in an equivalent level of room in the same hotel or the nearest one available in the same level room & the same amount.

These rules have been formulated by Ashex Tourism and apply to most of the hotels. In case, cancellation policies differ at hotels, upon cancellation Ashex Tourism will charge 10% as agency charge, upon the normal cancellation policy of that specific hotel / resort.

Each & every hotel has their own respective cancellation policies and the guest will be charged as per the same.

Cancellation requests have to be made through email or via telephone to the customer support at Ashex Tourism. Ashex Tourism shall not be held liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating Ashex Tourism.
If the guest does not show up at the hotel, it will be considered as a “No Show” and 100% amount will be forfeited.

Modifications & Refunds:
Ashex Tourism will help as much as possible to shift the booking dates, subject to the hotel agreeing. Ashex Tourism may charge a service fees for this. This fee has to be paid, before any modification comes into effect.

The guest can call the hotel directly for the reservation modification or cancellations. If the hotel agrees, the guest is requested to present a written consent from the hotel, suggesting the change / cancelation.

Ashex Tourism could take around 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled.
The guest’s bank may debit separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
