A well equipped kitchen is available besides air con kitchen area and air con living area. A full time caretaker housed in a room near the basement is available at your service.

Set on the edge of idyllic Nerul, this comfortable home is a short drive to Candolim. The villa itself is an oasis of tranquillity with terraces and private indoor pools. Secure within a private community of villas, the neighbours travel too often and sadly don't enjoy the property as often as they would like.

During the day, just relax and listen to the birdsong. As dusk settles, take a meandering stroll through the back yard lawns or we can set up a private barbeque if you like.

The ground level has an open style design with a air conliving area as you enter, to your right is the kitchen and air con dining area. Facing you is the private indoor swimming pool adjoining a small bathroom.

Up the stairs, to your left is the 1st bedroom with a private bathroom and to your right is the 2nd bedroom, this in turn has 2 double beds (one of which) adjoins the 2nd bathroom. The top level houses the 3rd bedroom with private bedroom with a private bathroom. All bedrooms have air con.

If you fancy eating in, we can help hire a local who can conjure tasty veg / non veg dishes local dishes to your pleasure.

Basement Level: - Upto 2 bikes or 1 car park;

Ground Level: - Aircon Living area, Kitchen, Dining area and private indoor pool overlooking balcony with bathroom;

Mid Level: - Two air con double bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies, plus extra beddings (one bedroom has additional double bed);

Upper Level: - One air con double bedroom with private bathroom and terrace.

Caretaker: - One resident caretaker stays in a room next to the basement with a private bathroom.

We encourage self-cooking in our villas, our kitchens are well equipped with ample cookware, serve ware and cooking masala. We also have separate serving ware for our vegetarian guests. If you prefer home cooked food, we have arrangements with local cooks / chefs, who for a charge of INR 2,500 upwards will come and prepare dishes at the property itself.

You can plan your menu before hand so that the cook can buy the freshest ingredients on your behalf and prepare the dishes at reasonable timings for about 8 odd guests, bigger groups should consider hiring additional cooks. Or you can opt for ordering in, ask our Guest Relations Team for options.
