Siliguri is situated at the

is 392 feet above sea level and has summer temperature of 32 degrees celsius.
The junction is good for visit round the year excepting the monsoon, i.e., July
and August. The activity of highest relevance to be noticed here is the tea
trade and the auctions that take place.
