Glasshouse on the Ganges and like the other Neemrana Hotels,
honors extraordinary historical or natural site-or even both!
The Glasshouse is set in a lychee orchard with a garden of tropical
plants, rare birds and butterflies. It has a sand beach of its
own. This secluded property has four cottages overlooking the
Ganges and the mountains beyond. Its private spring water matches
the qualities of the best mineral waters in the world, and you
even bathe in it! The property offers a relaxed atmosphere replete
with leisure, reading, log fires and even a barbecue on a deck
by the banks of the river. 293 kms. from Delhi, The Glasshouse
is located 23 kms. above Rishikesh on the route to Badrinath.
ACCESS: It can be reached by car but merits a train journey
till Hardwar from where taxis can be rented for a pleasant one
and a half hour drive . |

It houses 35 persons in 15 exclusive rooms named after nature and India's holy rivers. Room tariff is payable in advance (at least 20 days) to confirm bookings, failing which the booking gets automatically released. Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon. One extra bed can be provided per room @ Rs.800/- + tax, if space permits. Luxury tax and sales tax as per Government regulations. |

Fixed menus are offered at per head rates: Breakfast Rs.250/-, Lunch Rs.300/-, Dinner Rs.450/-(taxes extra). No charge for children below 4 years and half rates for children below 10 years. Bar facility is not available. Non Residents
Visitors not staying at the property will be allowed entry, only if the property is not fully chartered. They will be charged Rs.100/- per head for visiting the public areas for 2 hours, between 9 am & 5 pm only. Two children below 12 are allowed free with their parents. |
