Riverview
Super DLX room The AC bedroom is much more spacious with
a common living room, well furnished alike other room
type and done up with a LED TV. All are located on first
floor with a private sit out located 200 yards from the
river with a commanding wide view of the cliff and river
Kosi. The accommodation is large, airy with plenty of
daylight, it easily offers two extra bed space located
200 yards from the river. The option of separate living
room is also available.
Riverfront
Super Deluxe The AC bedroom is very spacious with a common
living room, tastefully done up, well furnished with one
double bed, comfortable spring mattress, an Almirah with
a key lock making it camera, mobile, jewelry and laptop
safe, luggage table, sitting chairs, table, large fixed
glass window for the river view, LCD, tea-coffee makers,
bedside tables, Electric oil heaters for winters. The
accommodation is airy with plenty of daylight, it offers
maximum two extra bed space. A large private sit out on
ground and First floor located 50 yards from the river
with a commanding view of the cliff and river Kosi.
Deluxe
Room The AC accommodation is airy and comfortable with
double bed and sitting space for two persons, a TV and
offers maximum one extra bed space in most except a few
rooms. Much of the furniture is traditional. The accommodation
offers a sit out with a commanding wide view of the green
lawns, cliff and river view located at 200 yards distance.

Den Super DLX Suite – Private pool For the first time
in Jim Corbett the resort offers a new exclusive Private
pool (not heated during winter’s) consists of 4 Suites,
common kitchen with dining and exclusive colonial style
sit out, private Bonfire for winters, butler service.

The menu is a la carte Indian,
Chinese, Continental, Tandoori and Bar-be-que on order,
cooked by expert chefs. The resort offers a restaurant,
in-house dining room which has beautiful wood paneled
walls with a view of the river. All meals are served here.
The restaurant
also has an open deck overlooking the river. This is great
place to enjoy the resorts specialty, mouth-watering tandoor
cooked kebabs.
