Bambora has witnessed some of the epoch battles fought by the brave Rajput
warriors. The most famous victory was in 1711 when Ranzab Khan and his army was
defeated conclusively. The Maharana granted the Jagir of Bambora to
Sanwat Singh. The historic fort has been recently restored and converted into a
heritage hotel by Thakur Sunder Singh of Sodawas. Discerning travellers
