The Aodhi Hotel

Kumbhalgarh Code No- AT-RJ36

Rana Kumbha, the legendary Mewari hero, an astute and a great builder constructed 32 of the 84 fortresses in Mewar. Of course, the most imposing one, is Kumbhalgarh set amidst 36 kms of twenty feet thick ramparts and 365 temples. This is the best location to explore the Kumbhalgarh Fort. The very size of the Fort needs to be seen to be believed. The Aodhi sits like a small village on the side of the hill and on first glance it is obvious that every care has been taken to ensure harmony between the buildings and the environment. The hotel seems to blend completely into the landscape.

Enjoy the exciting visit to the adjoining wildlife sanctuary which boasts of Panthers, Wild Boars, Antelope, Deer, Sloth Bear besides over a hundred different species of Birds. Meet the local Tribals "Bhils & Garasias", take part in their daily rituals and dance and enjoy yourself in their musical traditions.
