We are pleasure in introducing SUKHSAGAR REGENCY A Luxury Resort , located at the foot Hills of Himalaya in Taradevi. Shimla. Our site was actually explored by britshers in 1944 for a luxury hotel A rare site with morning sunrise and sun set with a spectacular view of complete shimla.

Accommodation
Our services offer an amalgamation of 50 rooms and suites, each equipped and configured for a comfortable stay. Every element in the resort rooms has been designed to create a comfortable, modern and pleasurable stay. All rooms are luxuriously furnished with latest amineties like mini bar, lcd 32 inchs ,attached and spacious bath rooms with hot and cold running water . The Resort provides an opportunity for promoting a new concept of environmentally friendly tourism associated with a socially responsible approach towards preserving the ecological balance of the land and the traditional Indian village culture. The use of natural materials like recycled old teak, rosewood and granite stone pillars, glass and indigenous ceramics slates floorings in our buildings; plus the use of solar energy for our water heaters , a state of the art waste water recycling plant and complete rain water harvesting system in our premises speak of our ecological vision that starts to manifests in our resort.

To add to our modest solicitation we have an open air terrace and, conference halls to conduct meetings and execute seamless conferences. Sightseeing
Christ Church
The most prominent building on the Mall is the yellow Christ Church, reputed to be the second oldest church in northern India. The Christ Church is the most important landmark here and is photographed by tourists. The silhouette of this can be seen on the skyline for miles around. It was designed by Colonel JT Boileau in 1844, but consecrated only after 1857. The clock was donated by Colonel Dumbleton in 1860, and the porch added in 1873.

Ellerslie
The Himachal Pradesh Secretariat (Ellerslie building) was designed by Lt. Col. H.E.S. Abbott 100 years back. This beautiful building was constructed after dismantling an old building of the same name that housed the Military Department of the Punjab Government till 1886.

Sankat Mochan Temple
” Shri Sankat Mochan” temple is situated at a distance of about 5 K.m from Shimla and is located at Taradevi on the Kalka- Shimla National Highway. This temple is very easily approachable and is one of the most sought after site to be visited not only by the devotees and pilgrims but also by the tourists of all age groups visiting Shimla, the Hill capital of Himachal Pradesh

Tara Devi Temple
“ Ma Bhagwati Tara Devi” Temple is located on Tarav Parvat in the western side of shimla Town about 15 Km from Shimla situated by the side of Kalka- Shimla National Highway near Shoghi. The road meandering uphill through the sweet smelling pine forests and lush green meadows with the cool gentle breeze touching one softly infusing a freshness and vigor in the devotees, pilgrims and tourists visiting this holy shrine. The location of the temple on the Hill top makes it appear that the goddess Ma Tara Devi seems to keep everyone under the protective gaze, blessings on her worshippers.

Jakhoo Temple
This temple of lord Hanumanji is situated at the height of about 8500 ft. in the east of historical ridge ground in Shimla city. This temple is very easily approachable and is one of the most sought after site to be visited not only by the devotees and pilgrims but also by the tourists of all age groups visiting Shimla, the Hill capital of Himachal Pradesh.

Annandale Shimla
Nestled at an altitude of 1864.5 meters (6117 feet), Annandale is a glade, and in fact the largest stretch of flat ground in and around Shimla. During the British rule, the place was used as a venue of their fetes, dances and other celebrations, which later became the Gymkhana club. Being the only flat ground for miles around, the glade served as the perfect playground and venue of horse races, archery competitions, croquet, and football tournaments. In the present day, Annandale is a popular picnic spot and a place to enjoy a game of cricket, football and polo. It also has a 9-hole golf course, which along with the cricket ground is maintained by the Army.
