ASHEX TOURISM CANCELLATION POLICY.
1. Check-in/ Check-out time is 12 Noon or as per the hotel policy.

2. The tariffs are subject to revision. Tariffs applicable on the date(s) of stay will be charged. In case reservation is for the date beyond 31st March, next revised tariff will be applicable.

3. Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to us, along with original voucher and invoice.

4. In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 7 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check-in, 70% of the invoice will be refunded. If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 4 to 6 days, 40% of the invoiced amount will be refunded. No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.

5. In case request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guest before 7 clear days or more in advance from the scheduled date of arrival, 40% of the invoice received on account of room(s)/ period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly, if request is received between 4 to 6 days before, 40% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival. In case of premature departure, no refund policy will apply.

6. At a time, only one discount such as discount to Privilege Card Holder / Sr. Citizen / Winter / Monsoon discount will be allowed whichever is higher.

7. We reserve the right to change these conditions without any prior notice.

8. In the case of an eventuality / computer error, if a reservation is removed from the systems or any other mishap happens at the Hotel, we shall try our best to accommodate the guest in an equivalent level of room in the same hotel or the nearest one available in the same level room & the same amount.

9. These rules have been formulated by Ashex Tourism and apply to most of the hotels. In case, cancellation policies differ at hotels, upon cancellation Ashex Tourism will charge 10% as agency charge, upon the normal cancellation policy of that specific hotel / resort.

10. By accepting the invoice and the Hotel Exchange Order it is understood that the guest has read the Terms & Conditions and agrees to these.
