Excellent camping site located at a pleasant 3500 feet above sea level. An ideal getaway for everyone including families and children, it makes for a great escape for both the quiet holiday-maker and the die hard adventure seeker. Rich in a variety of western Himalayan flora and fauna, it is densely forested with deodar, pine, alpine oak, birch, chestnut, rhododendron and jamun.  In store are relaxing walks, ample angling opportunities and some great whitewater.

Raft on the Tons, the biggest tributary of the Yamuna which has its source in the snowfields of the 20,720ft high Bandarpunch peak. A small volume, Class 4 river, it offers excellent adrenaline rush and adds to the excitement of being in the outdoors. Keen rafters and kayakers can try out a multi-day expedition style trip on the Tons river till the dam at Icchhari.
If rafting is too adventurous for you, take it easy at the Camp in the midst of thickly forested hillsides and riverside beaches. Look forward to hikes and overnight treks in the hills around our Camp and trout fishing. In all, a memorable family getaway from the summer heat !

Best Time to Visit

The camp is open from April till June.
Accommodation
Basic Rafting Tents comfortably outfitted with double beds. Dry-pit toilets and Bathrooms are common facilities due to the proximity of the camp to the river.

Mahasu Devta Temple
This temple in Hanol has two extremely heavy mysterious balls which the locals believe are from Mahabharata time and belong to Bhim. 
Hatkoti (70 kms)
The beautiful Pabbar Valley opens up at Hatkoti (1400m), which is the confluence of the Bishkulti and Pabbar rivers. Hatkoti has the famous Hateshwari temple. This is dated to the 7th-8th century and in 1885 was given a Pagoda roof.
