RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE :
Twin/multiple Sharing : Rs.1950/-+10% tax per person per night on AP.
Single Rs.3800/- +10% tax per night on AP.
Includes: Accommodation, one round of bed tea, breakfast, lunch, AMT-PMT with Cookies & dinner.
PLEASE NOTE; AM-PM tea with cookies & conference hall with basic conference facilities (OHP, Screen, Flipchart,1 stand mike, basic stationery etc.) will be complimentary.
Lunch/Dinner Menu : One Veg. Soup, 2 Salads, 1 Non Veg. Item, 2 Seasonal Vegetables, 1 Paneer Item, 1 Dal item, 1 Curd Item, 1 Rice Item, Achar, Pappar, Chatani, Assorted Bread & 2 Desserts.
Events & Attractions (included in the Package):
Facilities to play TABLE TENNIS, BADMINTON & CARROM BOARD etc. We can also arrange a game of cricket for all with softball in large spread of lawns.
Some of the activities, which are not included in the above itinerary but are open and can be added to it, are: Matki Phod, Musical Chair, Tug of war.
SUPPLEMENTS FOR EXTRAS:
Consumption of soft drinks/soda/mineral water will be charged @Rs.20/-+12.5%tax per bottle/glass on actual basis & Juices will be charged @Rs.30/-+12.5% tax per glass on actual basis..
All recreational facilities mentioned above can be enjoyed complementary except Sauna/ Steam bath / Billiards will be charged @ Rs.175/- per use/ per hour.
Liquor License for Rs.3000/- per day.
Bonfire at Night will be charged@Rs.700/-per night
Extra Breakfast will be charged Rs. 175/-+12.5% tax per person.
Extra Lunch/Dinner will be charged @ Rs. 375/-+12.5% tax per person.
LCD Projector will be charged @ Rs. 2500/- per day.
Colar mike, cordless mike will be charged @ Rs. 900/- per day per mike.
Cocktail Snacks (1+1) will be charged @ Rs.175/- + 12.5%tax per person & (2+2) will be charged @ Rs.225/- + 12.5%tax per person.
DJ will be charged @ Rs. 8000/- & Light music will be charged @ Rs. 3000/-;
NOTE:
1. ROOM CHECK-IN AT 1:00 P.M. & ROOM CHECKOUT 11.00 AM.
2. NO OUTSIDE EATABLES & DRINKABLES ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT.
3. 5% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE.
4. FOOD SERVICE MAXIMUM TILL 11:00PM AT NIGHT AFTER THAT EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE
5. DJ TILL 11:30PM ONLY AFTER THAT EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE.
6. AFTER CONFIRMATION ,IN CASE OF CANCELLATION RETENTION CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED
7. ANY THING OVER & ABOVE THE PACKAGE WILL BE CHARGED AS PER ACTUALS.
PAYMENT TERMS: Booking will be confirmed only against 50% Advance payment (Not Refundable) & subject to availibilty.
Balance payment is to be made at the resort at the time of check-out.
