| ELIGIBILITY |
| Economy/excursion class passenger is eligible for the free hotel accommodation stay at any hotel listed in category-1 only. In the event where rooms are not available at hotels in Category-1, the passenger may select and stay at any of the hotel under Category-2 (Subject to availability of rooms) at an additional surcharge of USD 50 Per Person for 4days/3 nights |
| Business Class or First Class passengers are eligible for the free hotel accommodation stay at any hotel in Category-2. However, if any passenger chooses to stay at any of the hotels in Category-1, he/she can do so but will not be entitled for refund of any sort for the free accommodation availed of |
| Passengers travelling together but in different classes will also be eligible for this offer. e.g. 2 passengers travelling together out of which one is travelling in Business Class and other is travelling in Economy/Excursion Class, will be eligible for a free stay in Category-2 hotel. |
| Passengers must utilize their stay at the same hotel throughout the 4 days / 3 nights duration. Changing of hotel and/or splitting or transferring of stay is not allowed |
| HOTEL CHCK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME |
| Check-in is at 1400hrs .Early check-in at the hotel discretion |
| Check-out is at 12 noon. Late check out is at the hotel discretion subject to room availability. Any additional charges will be at passenger's cost |
| The minimum of 02pax requirement must be met to avail the 4days/3night free stay . In case of single passenger travelling a surcharge will be applicable |
| USD 120 for stay in any hotel in Category 1 ,
USD 130 for stay in any hotel in Category 2 |
| All reservation and ticketing for Showcase Malaysia bookings must be made between 25Aug'04 to 12 Dec'04 . |
| Flight reservation for all passengers must be made under same PNR |
• This complimentary 4 days / 3 nights scheme is only possible if confirmed hotel voucher collected before departure from India. After arrival into Malaysia, passengers are not permitted to change their accommodation dates / period of stay

| Passengers arriving into Malaysia with confirmed hotel reservations but without proper tour order/hotel voucher / missing coupons / incorrect data will have to pay for the services accorded in the package at their own expenses and payment will have to be made direct to hotel. |
